Earlier today, the press conference was held at the set of Yulje Medical Centre, where the drama was filmed. The main cast Cho Jung-Seok, Yoo Yeon-Seok, Jung Kyung-Ho, Kim Dae-Myeung, Jeon Mi-Do and Director Shin Won-ho met the press virtually and shared about what viewers can expect for the Season 2 of ‘Hospital Playlist’.

Here's what went down during the press conference today!

Q: What is the main focus for 'Hospital Playlist Season 2'?

Director Shin: The series will make you grow close to the cast and we hope that the audience will be happy to see them return on the screen as friends again.

Jung Kyung Ho: In Season 1, the story focused on introducing the characters of the show. In Season 2, we will show stronger chemistry and friendship.

Jeon Mi-Do: The heart-warming and tear-jerking stories will be the focus for Season 2.

Jo Jung Seok: There will be changes in the relationship between characters, some characters will be involved in romantic relationships and have feelings for each other. Their stories will be told and shown in an interesting way.

Yoo Yeon Suk: At Yulje Medical Centre, besides the main 5 doctor friends, other characters will also have more development and have more fascinating stories to tell.

Kim Dae Myeung: Many viewers enjoy our band practices, you can continue to look forward to a more skilled band!

The cast also mentioned that the band, 'Mido and Falasol' has become a skilled band! The drummer of the band, actor Yoo Yeon-seok shared that they took around one month to master a song in Season 1. However, now that their skills have accelerated, the band only requires around one week of band practice to be able to perform a song!

The guitarist of the band, actor Jung Kyung-Ho also expressed his love for his instrument and that he feels that it is the right instrument for him.

It was also revealed that we can also expect 'Mido and Falasol' to have more challenging songs in the second season and we simply anticipate more great music and teamwork from the squad!

When asked about how Director Shin wanted the 'Hospital Playlist' series to be remembered by the audience, he replied, "I hope for the series to be a heart-warming drama series. With all the social distancing rules in place these days, it is very different from how we used to live. We hope the series will remind you of the feeling of love and affection."

Director Shin also sang praises about actor Yoo Yeon-seok, who plays a pediatrician in Yulje Medical Centre. Because of the actor's love for children, he has different gestures and expressions when he is acting with the child actors.

The director talked about how some younger child actors would have a short attention span during filming and that actor Yoo Yeon-seok opened his heart to them and let them do whatever they wanted to. The hardworking actor would even take his break time to play with the child actors for them to be comfortable and have better chemistry on the screen!

Beyond the press conference, the main cast also sat down with the media and provided useful and constructive tips to lifelong friendship for viewers.

Jeon Mi-Do: I would say, to spare some time for your friend is the key to lifelong friendship, calling each other and meeting up to spend time with each other. When friends stop spending time with each other, they will drift apart.

Yoo Yeon Suk: I think being there for your friends during hard times is the key to friendship, meeting each other and all. But I believe it is more important to spend time with each other during hard times.

Jo Jung Seok:  Although I play the role of Ikjun, I personally feel that the key to friendship is to listen to your friends, to keep our ears open and mouth closed.
