In an exclusive three-part series launching December 3, global pop icon and BTS star Jung Kook unveils his latest journey in JUNG KOOK: I AM STILL THE ORIGINAL on Disney+ Hotstar. This highly-anticipated docuseries offers an intimate glimpse into Jung Kook’s transition from the world-renowned group BTS to his newfound career as a solo artist, documenting the creative and personal evolution that led to his debut solo album GOLDEN.

Filmed over eight months, JUNG KOOK: I AM STILL follows the artist from New York to London to Seoul, capturing collaborations with some of the industry's top producers as he records, performs, and films music videos during a whirlwind promotional tour. Fans can expect to see the artistry and passion Jung Kook brings to his music and performances as he navigates the pressure and excitement of stepping out on his own.

An extended cut of his theatrical release, the series includes nearly 55 additional minutes of footage, treating fans to full performances of “Still With You,” “Closer To You” featuring Major Lazer, and “Shot Glass of Tears” from his GOLDEN Live On Stage concert. Behind-the-scenes footage reveals a glimpse of Jung Kook’s tireless dedication and close collaboration with his dance team, as well as exclusive scenes from his UK and New York City performances.

With all three episodes dropping at once on December 3, JUNG KOOK: I AM STILL joins a powerhouse lineup of BTS content on Disney+ Hotstar, from BTS Monuments: Beyond The Star, which chronicles the group’s first decade together, to concert films like BTS: PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE – LA, an exclusive 4K experience from their show at Los Angeles' Sofi Stadium, and SUGA: Road to D-DAY, a deep dive into SUGA’s creative process as he searches for inspiration across the globe for his solo album D-DAY. Additional fan favorites include j-hope IN THE BOX, documenting the making of j-hope’s Jack In The Box, and IN THE SOOP: Friendcation, where V joins friends like Itaewon Class’ Park Seojun, Parasite’s Choi Wooshik, and others for a memorable getaway.
