Super Junior-D&E, the iconic duo of Donghae and Eunhyuk, returned to Malaysian shores last Saturday (4 January), for their highly anticipated "SUPER JUNIOR-D&E WORLD TOUR : ECLIPSE in Kuala Lumpur 2025." Held at the Mega Star Arena, the concert was a joyful reunion for fans who last saw them perform in Malaysia in 2023. After 16 months, the dynamic duo’s comeback brought unparalleled energy, laughter, and unforgettable performances.Fans were treated to an electrifying opening as the duo kickstarted the evening with "Rock Your Body," a track from Super Junior’s 9th album repackage, Timeless. This meaningful choice was extra special as it’s a song composed by Donghae himself. Following this, the duo turned up the heat with powerful renditions of "Twisted," "B.A.D," and "Danger."

Welcoming the crowd with a heartfelt "Happy New Year," Donghae and Eunhyuk brought both nostalgia and excitement with a setlist that included their latest tracks like "Hang Over," "Eau De Perfume," "Plausible Theory," "Only You," "New Balance," "Go High," "Run Away," "Rose," and "I Try." A highlight of the evening was during "Run Away," when a giant ramyeon prop appeared on stage. The duo’s playful interaction with the prop had the audience laughing, showcasing their signature blend of humor and charm.
Fans were also treated to hits like "Oppa Oppa," "Can You Feel It," "Growing Pains," "What is Your Name," and "GGB," which kept the energy at an all-time high. Their solo stages added another layer of excitement: Eunhyuk rocked with "Be" and "I Think I," while Donghae melted hearts with "California Love" and "One More Chance."
During a candid moment, Eunhyuk shared a heartfelt announcement about his upcoming solo mini album, set to release this January. "This year is special for us and for Super Junior as it marks our 20th anniversary. We’ve prepared a lot of content for you, so please look forward to it," he said. He also revealed plans for his solo concert in Seoul and a subsequent solo tour in Japan, titled Limitless: Time.
"My challenge now is releasing my own solo album. It took a lot of courage, but with the love and support from fans and staff, it’s possible. As Donghae said, take it one step at a time, and eventually, you’ll make it," Eunhyuk shared, inspiring fans with his determination.
Adding to the night’s humor, Donghae engaged with the audience by finding couples in the crowd and encouraging them to kiss, sparking laughter when fans cheekily requested that the duo kiss each other instead. Moments like these showcased why Super Junior’s variety skills are as cherished as their musical talents.The concert wrapped up with encore performances of "Bout You," "Need You," and "Share My Love." Before bidding farewell, Donghae left fans with a promise: "It’s sad that we only perform here for a day, but we promise to return as a full group with Super Junior.
