When it comes to K-pop legends, few names resonate as powerfully as BoA. 

The Queen of K-pop visited our sunny island of Singapore on the night of 30 November 2024 for the <BoA LIVE TOUR - BoA: One’s Own>.

<BoA LIVE TOUR - BoA: One’s Own in Singapore> served as a glowing testament to BoA's two-decade-long reign as one of the most influential and iconic figures in the industry.

Prior to the commencement of the show, dedicated JUMPING BoAs were seen excitedly streaming into The Star Theatre in their yellow outfits and lightsticks, displaying their pure adoration and support for their idol.

The concert started with an opening VCR that showed videos from BoA in her early days of her career. BoA made her grand entrance in a white coquette ruffle hem dress with a beaded details, opening the show with the melodious ‘No. 1’.

‘Atlantis Princess’ was next as the veteran artiste belted out the nostalgic tunes for her fans.

BoA’s vocals were flawless, effortlessly soaring through her anthems, with ‘Masayume Chasing’, ‘L.O.V.E’ and ‘Quincy’.

The next segment of the concert was filled with electrifying songs like ‘Hurricane Venus’ and ‘Shadow’. Paired with her energetic dance moves, BoA’s ability to transition seamlessly between powerful, emotive singing and high-energy tracks showcased her vocal range and mastery.

The audience’s energy was infectious, singing along to every lyric and waving light sticks that bathed the venue in a sea of yellow. 

During the encore, BoA took time to interact with her fans, taking adorable panda hats and plushies from fans, expressing heartfelt gratitude for their unwavering support.

By the end of the night, it was self-explanatory why BoA is hailed as a K-pop legend. Her dazzling stage presence that made the show so enjoyable.

Singapore was lucky to witness the brilliance of BoA, even after 24 years of her journey.
