On September 22, 2024, at Mega Star Arena, Lee Joon Gi gave his fans a fan meeting unlike any other. Titled “JOONGI'S DAY: FESTIVAL,” this fan meeting quickly turned into a full-fledged concert, as the multitalented star performed a total of 23 songs. The night was packed with surprises, showcasing not only his acting chops but also his incredible vocal, dancing, and rapping abilities.Although Lee Joon Gi shyly mentioned to the audience, "You guys make me feel shy, as if this was a concert. Please bear in mind that this is just a fan meet. I do not want to disappoint all of you if you thought it was more than that," fans couldn’t help but be thrilled by what felt like a once-in-a-lifetime concert experience. The night started with a bang, opening with his 2016 hit song "Thank You," followed by "Now" and "Can't Be Slow," setting the tone for what would be an unforgettable evening.
One of the standout moments of the night was when Joon Gi performed the original soundtracks from some of his most beloved dramas. Fans were particularly moved when he sang “For You,” the OST from the iconic drama Scarlet Heart Ryeo, a series that holds a special place in the hearts of many. He also treated the audience to “In My Heart,” the OST from Flower of Evil, and "인연" from the film The King and the Clown. These heartfelt performances brought waves of nostalgia, making the night even more intimate and emotional for his devoted fans.
Adding a unique twist to the evening, Joon Gi surprised the crowd with his rendition of "Rasa Sayang," a clear nod to his Malaysian fans.
