GYUBIN, a rising star representing the fifth generation of K-pop female solo artists, unveils the final chapter of her collaboration trilogy project today.

GYUBIN, under Liveworks Company, concludes her collaboration project with the release of ‘Special',  featuring KIM JONGWAN, the legendary vocalist of NELL, following her previous collaborations 'Scribble' with WONSTEIN and 'Start To Shine' with GAEKO of DYNAMIC DUO.

'Special,' produced by KIM JONGWAN, combines his distinct sentiment with GYUBIN's clear voice, delivering a consoling message of self-worth that "no matter what anyone says, you are special."

The song's dreamy medium-tempo guitar riff, infused with NELL's emotive sound, sets the stage for GYUBIN's delicate yet firm vocals to deliver the message of the song.

Additionally, the synths painting a night sky filled with stars and the dramatic string arrangement in the bridge intertwines with the lyrics to offer solace, support, and inspiration to all the youth enduring loneliness while awaiting their moment to soar.

KIM JONG WAN reflects on the song's essence, stating, "Ultimately, 'Special' sings about hope. I hope this song becomes a great strength to all those in their own difficult moments." 

GYUBIN shares her hopes for the song to serve as a source of comfort and inspiration. She expresses, "I hope my small hands stretched weakly, and my mild consolation could be delivered.
