Partnering with Oh!K, StarHub invited star of hit Korean variety show I Live Alone, Sung Hoon, to Singapore to meet with friends in the media and fans. Sung Hoon’s appearance is a celebration of Oh!K’s 5th birthday, and part of a series of engagement activities to bring fans closer to their favourite celebrities, in the lead up to StarHub Night of Stars 2019.

At the press conference held on Friday, Sung Hoon candidly shared his thoughts on being on I Live Alone. He found the filming process very comfortable as he could just be himself. When answering questions from the media, he revealed that he will absolutely not want to release a music album but is open to just singing to have fun with his fans. As an animal lover and owner of a new dog, if he could live like his rich drama characters, he hopes to be able to purchase a private jet so he can bring his dog Yanghee around the world with him.

Later in the evening, Sung Hoon greeted an atrium filled with enthusiastic screaming fans at City Square Mall. 3 lucky fans got an opportunity to play a game with Sung Hoon - persuading him to try out their favourite local dish between three choices: Hokkien Mee, Carrot Cake and Ice Kachang. Unable to decide on just one dish, Sung Hoon made the fans play a game of Scissors, Paper, Stone to determine the winner of a pair of StarHub Night of Stars 2019 tickets.

To thank his fans for their support, Sung Hoon went the extra mile, he dashed down the stage (to the alarm of security members) to present a gift to an audience member and warmly shook hands with them. 20 pairs of StarHub and Oh!K subscribers also took their turns to go on stage for a group photo with the charismatic actor. Ending off the session, Sung Hoon was asked to strike three of his best poses, the actor was very shy and made use of a dog plushie gift as a prop - placing it on his head, into his vest and ending off the event with a huge victory pose.
