K-pop iconic duo Super Junior Donghae and Eunhyuk finally made their way to Malaysia for their long awaited concert at Stadium Indoor Malawati, Kuala Lumpur on 4th of May 2019.

Super Junior came to Malaysia for K-Wave Music Festival back in January 2018 and it was the first overseas promotion since Donghae and Eunhyuk discharged from the military. This time, the duo returned to our shores as Super Junior D&E and staged their first Asia tour “Super Junior – D&E Concert in Kuala Lumpur 2019.”

Although there were only two members present at the show, the venue was still filled with thousands of fans, or known as “ELFs”, coming from different cities and countries to show their love and support for the ‘Danger’ duo.
The show started off with a bang when Donghae and Eunhyuk made a grand entrance with their hit song called ‘Circus’. Suited in gold sequin outfits, their charismatic stage presence and handsome looks immediately wow-ed the crowd. The heavy bass and upbeat music heated up the whole venue, making the fans scream their hearts out. *check out the video below!

Donghae and Eunhyuk complemented each other so well as both of them individually have their own way of showing their performances. Their edgy and strong melodies helped to amped up their cool choreography. The stage looked rather simple, but it was filled with such gorgeous lighting that were stunning shades of rainbow. Not to forget their fan lighsticks changed colours that synced to their music too!

Aside from their cool dancing and talented singing, Donghae and Eunhyuk proved everyone again that they’re great entertainers with their humorous antics and showmanship. One of the highlights of the night was when the two spotted an audience member wanting to leave the show, Eunhyuk quickly called out to her saying, “Hey hey, where are you going? The show is not finished yet, don’t leave us! We will be watching you!”

 *We’re kinda jealous to see that she got both of their attention! We want it too hehe!

They performed other hit songs as well, including the famous "Choki Wa", “Growing Pains”, “Take It Slow”, “Oppa Oppa”, and many more.
There are other unforgettable moments where Eunhyuk randomly sipped noodles in the middle of the performance, which made the whole crowd bursting into laughter. Donghae got flustered as well when a fan attempted to spray water at him, he even tried to throw the whole water gun at the crowd to show his 'revenge'. There are also breaks in between where they showed VCR clips too,  from showing their fun vacation in Hawaii to where they dramatically acted as "mafia bosses" fighting and shooting armed bodyguards.

Super Junior D&E in KL was indeed a night that was filled with fun and laughter. Both of them also spared some time to have a moment with the fans, things got even more interesting when fans started chanting “Super Show! Super Show!”, asking whether Malaysia would be included in Super Junior’s next tour list, Eunhyuk replied,

“There isn’t fixed schedule yet, but we’ll definitely think of you, let’s hope for the best! Shall we?”
Oh yes, we really do hope Super Junior will come back to Malaysia for a full concert! Let's keep our fingers crossed ELFs!
