MTV Asia today announced it will be the first to broadcast the opening concert of the 2018 Busan One Asia Festival in Southeast Asia on 2 December at 7pm (WIB), 8pm (SG) and 9pm (MY). The network will also be airing the closing concert on 9 December at the same times. This is the second year MTV Asia is supporting Busan One Asia Festival. A special MTV curated K-pop playlist will also run on MTV Asia for a week, starting today.

This year, the star-studded Opening Concert at Busan Asiad Main Stadium   featured leading Kpop groups EXO, Wanna One, SEVENTEEN, NCT 127, Celeb Five, MAMAMOO, EXID, GFriend, (G)i-dle, A.C.E and The Boyz. 

The festival closed with an equally stellar lineup with RED VELVET, NCT DREAM, FAVORITE, Dynamic Duo, RHYTHM POWER, April, ASTRO, TEEN TOP, Mighty Mouth, KARD and SPECTRUM in the closing concert.
